There is an abundance of magic in each moment, if we only pay attention. Our lives are typically quite full of distractions. From the beeping and buzzing of our technology, to the chatter of media coverage or helping our children with online learning, there is a whole lot of extra racket filling up our minds!
When we pause and observe, breathing deeply and becoming quiet, a kind of calm settles in and around us. We enter Present Moment, a space where nothing yet everything exists at the same time. It is from this place of centeredness that we become aware of the healing that is available in each moment. What a gift!
