​​Shipping/Handling Fees​

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-7 days. Shipping/Handling Fee: Standard USPS Priority Shipping begins at $10.50 per order. Additional shipping charges will be applied for orders weighing over 2 pounds, and for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and internationally. You will be contacted prior to order processing with the additional shipping fee. No shipping fee for Gift Certificates, digital purchases or curbside pickup.

Online Shop Payment Methods: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa using Square Register or PayPal.

In-Person Payment Methods: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Checks, Cash, and Venmo @Healing4D.​

Refund/Exchange Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange.  Please contact Mary Jo.

 

Return Policy
Within the first 30 days of your purchase, if you are dissatisfied with your items, you are eligible to return them for a full refund less shipping fees). Items that are unused and in the same condition as was originally received are eligible for refunds. Item that are NOT eligible for return are: Gift Cards and Gift Certificates, Downloads, Clearance items. To begin your return, please contact Mary Jo.

Refunds
Once your return is received and verified, we will send you an email regarding the approval of your refund. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. If after 7 business days you have not yet seen a refund on your account, contact us here and we will help resolve the issue. 

Exchanges
Exchanges may be made for similar items of the same value. If you wish to make an exchange for an item of greater value, the balance will be charged to you.
