This Lung Layout Gemstone Set consists of 9 gemstones that have been specifically selected for their properties that support healthy lung function and the distribution of vital life force throughout the body. This set includes 4 Green Moss Agates, 4 Rose Quartz and 1 Lepidolite. Ideal placement of these stones is to position the lepidolite in the center of the sternum in the middle of the chest. Place the four moss agates directly above, below, and to both sides of the lepidolite. Position the four rose quartz between each of the moss agates near the lepidolite. These stones can also be carried, placed under a pillow or used during meditation.
